I also tried unplugging the wheel and starting the game in keyboard mode then restarting after plugging the wheel in to see if it would somehow fix it, also unplugged and re plugged while the game was running. I'm writing this knowing it's not an rf2 issue but a G-HUB issue & hoping someone else with a G923 has an answer or if there's something else I can do like maybe delete some files or something?. My other games are un-affected, ACC & AMS2 still work fine, it's just rF2. The gears, peddles steering and key assignments all still work as I had to rebuild a profile when troubleshooting / re-calibrating. the two are not playing together, I can tell because adjusting the UI menu FFB strength from 100% to 20 % has no effect at all it's just the fixed canned default desktop center spring that the wheel has when not in use. I have tried to re-calibrate, turned off any steam controller stuff, verified rf2 files, built a new profile for rf2 in G-HUB but nothing helps. Check my comment on "clean boot".Hi, It's like the game & the wheel don't recognize each other anymore, the game is stuck with a default center spring effect and not using any of rF2 amazing FFB effects, no curbs, no road feel, no crash into wall effects NOTHING! just a way to firm center spring effect. TLDR Other apps can block/ influence G Hub. You can then just select one app after another to start with windows again until you have the one that blocks G Hub. In case you click Don’t Allow, use the following steps to allow access manually: Launch System Preferences. Click OK to allow access for Logitech G-HUB so that you can continue to use these features. If G Hub works then you know that another app is causing the issue. If you deny access, all the other features that need access to the same item will not work and another prompt will not be shown. It basically disables all 3rd party apps on the next reboot. There are guides on how to do a Windows 10 "clean boot" which would also have helped me identify the problematic app. When I close it G Hub consistently works. It always autostarted and hence always blocked my G HUB. Until - by accident - I had the ZSCALER app crashing and suddenly G Hub starts. Delete virtual logitech keyboard and mouse drivers Install all open windows updates incl optional ones which are usually drivers Launch updater, agent and app in the right order manually setting.db file (mac /users/xxx/Library/Application Support/LGHUB)įixed it. Log files (On mac terminal execute command open $TMPDIR -> that should give the path)Ģ. => add given feature.cfg file in application folder setting.db file (Path : C:\Users\rsharma4\AppData\Local\LGHUB) If G HUB seems to be stuck while trying to load and the logo animation loops, try the following: Exit G HUB by right-clicking the applet in the task tray and selecting Quit. Log files (Path : C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Temp\.logs (AppData folder may be hidden in that case need to remove the hidden property)Ģ. => add given feature.cfg file at C:\Program Files location Please, follow the below instructions on how to get the Dump File and kindly share it with us via DM: We request you to provide the information only via DM.
